The Fours World of Contemplation & Discovery

Our Classroom Focus The mind of a four year old is capable of deep contemplation and their inquiries move them to a world of discovery and knowledge. It is important to understand that children at this age learn primarily through play and sensory exploration. At Serendipity, we believe in providing a developmentally appropriate balance between structured and self initiated educational opportunities.

We integrate the "Project Approach" and the "Reggio Philosophy" as our educational
foundation, so each child can learn about themselves and their world through a variety of
multisensory activities. Dance, music, art and dramatic play are offered for developing
self awareness, physical strength and creative expression. Selected themes and classroom
projects are developed to stimulate curious minds and provide a tool for engaged
learning and discovery.
